SUMMARY
We have conducted researches to compare the efficacy of the treatments by oral isotretinoin with a dose of 0.3-0.4 mg/kg/day and that of doxycyclin with a dose of 0.5-1 mg/kg/day for 10 weeks of treatment. The first stage of our studies revealed that isotretinoin has proven more effective than doxycyclin in the treatment of acne patients using corticoid. Especially, it brought the good results on some mixed manifestations by corticoids side effects, namely: 41.7% cases of acneiform lesions have been relieved after 4 weeks of treatment; remarkably 83.3% cases of positive demodex have been treated with good results.
